RBF Through The Years

1962
Bob Bein

Robert W. Bein joined the Company as Chief Engineer in 1962, and the Firm adopted the name of Raub, Bein, Frost & Associates.

Linda Isle RBF designed Linda Isle - a landmark waterfront community in Newport Bay.
 
1963
RBF served as master engineer for the Bluffs in Newport Beach - a landmark master-planned community which gained worldwide attention by its innovative design.
 
1964
Jack S. Raub, founding partner of the Firm passed away. His son, Jack G. Raub, subsequently became Vice President and a partner.
 
1966

RBF served as master subdivision engineer for the Harbor View Hills community.

RBF began design on the Mission Viejo Planned Community.

 
1967

RBF began using a computer for engineering design, a first among civil engineering firms in Orange County.

RBF completed its first project for the Mission Viejo Company.

 
1968
Promontory Point

RBF completed the design of the award-winning Promontory Point Apartments.

 
1969
RBF completed its first project for the Santa Margarita Water District.
Spy Glass Hill

RBF designed and surveyed the landmark Spyglass Hill Residential Community.
