RBF Consulting (RBF) provided civil engineering and landscape architectural services for the Uptown Public Parking Lot Project, which has involved extensive meetings with City staff and stakeholders, site investigation/research, topographic mapping, environmental assessment, conceptual site access, geotechnical investigation/report, a design concept report (DCR), community coordination programs, precise grading, paving and drainage plans, a hydrology study and hydraulics report, signage/striping, lighting, electrical, structural plans, landscape/irrigation plans, construction cost estimates, specifications, submittals, prebid/preconstruction conferences, and PS&E interpretation/project addendum. RBF has worked closely with City staff and the Community to assure that the City's design needs and requirements have been successfully met. The Team has added true value to the services provided by offering workable and innovative design solutions to enhance the City's image with the Community.
