RBF Consulting (RBF) provided civil and landscape architectural design services for the preparation of a neighborhood park. Services included preparation of conceptual plans and construction plans, specifications, and estimates for the construction of park improvements. Design features included large open turf areas, basketball court, playground, monument signs, wetlands mitigation planting, coastal sage scrub restoration, creation of a clay lined pond for the endangered Riverside County Fairy Shrimp and interpretive signage.
