Murrieta General Plan Update
RBF is working with the community of Murrieta to comprehensively update the City's 1994 General Plan and accompanying General Plan Environmental Impact Report. The City Council's major priority is to focus on economic development, with emphasis on adding more jobs, specifically high paying skilled jobs, along with providing retail to support the community. The update includes review of land use changes only in key areas of the City and potential intensification of these areas. Two rural residential areas are also being studied to determine if the density should be increased over current standards.
Buellton Community Visioning
RBF was selected by the City of Buellton to facilitate a Citywide Visioning Process. The team has worked closely with the City, a community-based steering committee, and local stakeholders to develop and implement a number of public participation activities that will result in a consensus-based vision for Buellton's future. Opportunities to provide input and engage in community dialogue included community and youth visioning workshops, an online survey and a visual workshop.
