The Hamilton Property, formerly Hamilton Field, is one of the few remaining large in-fill development sites in the Bay Area. The site, adjacent to the 101 freeway, is offered for sale by the project's sponsor, the City of Novato and its public finance authority.

The Adopted Reuse Plan establishes the following opportunities:

• At Rafael Village, up to 400 new single family units and up to 100 multi-family senior housing units on 105± acres
• At the 200± acre Capehart and Hillside site, approximately 650 affordable ownership and rental units
• Up to 25,000 sq.ft. of neighborhood commercial on a 2.2± acre site
• Up to 25 single family homes on a 2.4± acre residential site
