What Do We Do?

RBF provides professional consulting services including Civil Engineering for Land Development, Water Resources, Transportation, Structures and Public Works; Planning Services include Urban & Regional, Environmental and Transportation; and Surveying Services include GPS Surveying, Mapping, GIS and Construction Management. RBF's diversity also allows us to serve our clients during each phase of a project, including advance/preliminary planning services, design, and finally construction oversight.

Types of PLANNING services include Infrastructure, Water Supply and Distribution, Urban and Regional, Resource and Environmental, Traffic and Highway, Land Development, Master Development, and GIS. DESIGN services include Highways, Water Resources, Bridges, Residential, and Commercial and Industrial. CONSTRUCTION services include Construction Management, Survey, Resident Engineer and Inspection.
