We help cities determine their plans for the future of their environment, engineer systems to clean runoff from roadways and other areas to keep our lakes, rivers and oceans free of pollutants. RBF engineers design bridges, levees, dams and utility systems. RBF planners and environmental specialists restore wetlands, design liveable communities and build consensus to balance competing objectives within communities to bring a common vision for their futures. RBF provides civil engineering, planning and surveying services including Public Works, Water Resources, Transportation, Land Development, Structures, Stormwater, Planning, Environmental, Surveying & Mapping, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management / Inspection, and Geographic Information Systems. The firm’s diversity allows us to serve our clients during each phase of a project, including advance/preliminary planning services, design and final construction oversight.
