RBF is a learning company and believes that professional
effectiveness depends upon an employee's continued commitment
to further education. Professional development programs
are one of the many ways our employees grow and advance
into leadership roles within our firm. We encourage
ongoing training and development by sponsoring internal
education, in addition to funding participation in external
courses and seminars. We know that it is important to
be on the leading
edge of technology and supply employees with the resources
to develop solutions for the benefit of our clients
and the community.
We are committed to providing the necessary tools and
resources to allow each member of the RBF team to fully
realize his or her potential. Whether it is computer
resources or funding to pursue continued professional
education, we know that our company is only as good
as the members of our professional team. And, just as
we are committed to helping the members of our team
realize their potential, our management continually
explores opportunities for service area and geographic
expansion to provide room for the advancement of our
professionals.
INTERNAL PROGRAMS

RBF P.E.
Review Course
An intensive 13-week course instructed by technical
specialists from RBF and local universities focused
on reviewing topics covered on the professional
engineering examination.
Leadership Development Program
The RBF Leadership Development Program prepares project managers and other
RBF team members with the strength in project leadership necessary to
organize, direct and execute projects on a highly effective level. This
is a 50-hour, three-month program.
RBF Academy
An informational course aimed at educating staff
of all services and state of the art technology
that RBF has available to its staff and clients.
RBF Toastmasters Chapters
Sponsors Chapters of the International Toastmasters
Association in many of our offices. Toastmasters
is an organization created to provide an outlet
to improve an individual's public speaking and
presentation skills.
Employee Recognition Programs
Recognition programs designed to acknowledge outstanding employees who
have made exemplary efforts in their work, emphasizing RBF core principles
such as "Teamwork," "Client Service" and "Leadership."
