Based on prevailing market conditions, RBF is continuously looking for future new graduates and interns in Civil, Environmental and Survey Engineering majors, as well as students majoring in Construction Management, Planning and Landscape Architecture. Typical entry-level positions include the following:
Assistant Civil Engineer
Requires a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil, Environmental or Survey Engineering. Depending on the area of interest, duties will involve the completion of engineering design, modeling, or project studies in a project team environment, working under a registered Professional Engineer. RBF works to provide new graduates the necessary mentoring, breadth and depth of experience, including our own in house review course, to prepare our new graduate professionals to obtain Professional Engineering licensure.
Assistant Planner
Requires a Bachelors or Masters degree in Urban & Regional Planning, Environmental Planning, or related major. Depending on the area of interest, duties may involve research, scanning, field reviews, graphics, writing, and public participation program assistance. Planning assignments will be based on abilities, education and training.
